conceptual formation and development, principles, algorithms and
architectures, their mathematical modelling and computer simulation to
be presented at ISMS2016. Particularly welcome are papers presenting
original unpublished work validated by experimentation, simulation or
analysis with application and practical focus from both industry and
academy, duly documenting lessons learnt from test-beds, field trials or
real deployments.

Submissions must be original, unpublished work containing new and
interesting results that demonstrate current research in all areas of
intelligent systems modelling and simulation and their applications in

conferences in this series, papers will be submitted for publication in
IEEE Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL) indexed in IEEE Xplore.

Attendance and presentation
1. Absence does not affect publication in the CD, it only affects
submission and placement in I-Xplore (about 6 to 12 months after the
conference).
2. Authors who find it impossible to attend but still wish their paper
to be submitted to I-Xplore must upload their Presentation file to EDAS
for review by the committee to approve submission to I-Xplore. The
author must explain the reasons for absence in the first slide after the
title slide with the name and email address of head of department or
professor to confirm and support the reasons.
3. Authors who state they will attend but do not show up will not have
the proceedings CD sent to them nor will their paper be submitted to
I-Xplore.
4. The presentation program must be accurate to avoid time waste.
IEEE-Xplore: a paper will not be submitted to IEEE-Xplore if it suffers from one or more of the following problems:
1. Below average English,
2. Excessive number of citations to the authors own work in References,
3. Little interaction with EE and Computing,
4. Not within the conference scope or has not followed Template,
5. Author did not offer valid reasons for not attending, or did not
upload to EDAS the presentation file (for committee review), or both.

Workshop Nasional INACL (Indonesian
Association for Computational Linguistics) akan diselenggarakan untuk
pertama kalinya pada tanggal 6 - 7 Januari 2016 di Fakultas Ilmu
Komputer Universitas Indonesia.
Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat
menjadi ajang untuk peneliti dan praktisi untuk berbagi ilmu dalam
bidang teknologi bahasa, baik secara teoritis maupun terapan, khususnya
terkait bahasa-bahasa yang berasal dari Indonesia. Sebagai workshop
INACL yang pertama, tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan
para peneliti dan praktisi dan membangun komunitas, sehingga fokus dari
sesi presentasi makalah adalah untuk mengetahui topik-topik riset apa
saja yang sedang dikerjakan oleh kolega-kolega dalam komunitas INACL.
Dalam rangka tersebut, kami mengundang dua jenis makalah:
- Makalah ilmiah baru yang nantinya direncanakan akan di-submit ke sebuah konferensi atau jurnal lain, dengan tujuan untuk menerima masukan untuk peningkatan kualitas dari makalah ilmiah tsb., dan
- Makalah ilmiah yang sudah pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, dengan tujuan untuk mensosialisasikan penelitian yang sedang berjalan.
Kami mengundang makalah dari
berbagai jenis disiplin ilmu yang membahas teknologi bahasa, baik dari
sisi linguistik teoritis maupun dari sisi ilmu komputer terapan,
termasuk, tapi tidak terbatas pada:
- Makalah mengenai aspek teoritis linguistik komputasional
- Makalah mengenai penerapan pengolahan bahasa manusia
- Makalah mengenai pengembangan sumber daya teknologi bahasa (language resources & tools)
Pengumpulan makalah minimal
berbentuk judul dan abstrak yang cukup detil, namun tentunya diharapkan
(namun tidak diwajibkan) agar makalah lengkap dapat dikumpulkan untuk
nantinya diperbanyak dan dibagikan pada saat workshop berlangsung.
Makalah dapat dikumpulkan dalam
bahasa Inggris maupun bahasa Indonesia, dan format naskah, batas
halaman, serta ketentuan sitasi dianjurkan (tetapi tidak diwajibkan)
untuk mengikuti panduan ACL 2015 yang dapat dilihat di http://acl2015.org/call_for_papers.html.

Welcome to The 3rd International Conference on New Media (CONMEDIA 2015), which be held on November 25-27, 2015, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Indonesia. We proudly invite you, the academician, practitioner, industry and government to present your work, ideas, and practical experiences on the state of the art of New Media or attend this conference as participants.
The CONMEDIA 2015 will be organized by Universitas Multimedia Nusantara in partnership with IEEE Indonesia Section.
The aim of CONMEDIA is seeking high quality submissions in the broad field of new media studies and also to enhance international academic exchanges on related topics and know the most up-to-date academic trends.
PUBLICATION
- All full paper submissions will go through first for the peer review process and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.

Dengan Hormat,
Dalam perkembangannya, energi
semakin beragam tetapi mengkhawatirkan dalam hal ketersediaannya. Energi dari
bahan fosil sudah semakin menipis cadangannya.
Ketersediaan energi berbahan
fosil yang terbatas sementara sumber energi lain yang belum tereksploitasi
secara optimal membutuhkan penghematan dalam pemakaiannya, terutama di
industri. Kebutuhan akan energi yang berasal dari fosil masih sangat besar,
sementara sumber daya alam lain seperti air, angin, dan nuklir belum digunakan secara
optimal.
Telekomunikasi sebagai bagian yang
tak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia, telah berkembang sangat pesat sampai
saat ini. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital membuat sistem teknologi
telekomunikasi menjadi leluasa dalam hal inovasinya. Teknologi
nirkabel membuat telekomunikasi bisa dimana saja dan kapan saja.
Proses
produksi di industri semakin berhasil dalam hal kuantitas dan kualitasnya, hal
ini disebabkan hadirnya teknologi otomasi yang telah merambah ke berbagai
industri. Hadirnya teknologi otomasi berdampak pada efisiensi energi karena
telah terjadi reduksi pemakaian energi secara signifikan. Konsekuensi pemakaian
teknologi otomasi adalah berkurangnya pemakaian tenaga manusia yang sudah
barang tentu menjadi masalah tersendiri.
Pada
akhirnya perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi yang mendukung teknologi otomasi
harus berdampak pada efisiensi energi, dimana sumber energinya semakin
berkurang sementara kebutuhan bertambah.
Berangkat
dari landasan pemikiran di atas, maka Jurusan Teknik Elektro Itenas bekerja
sama dengan beberapa pihak akan menyelenggarakan kegiatan seminar nasional dan call
paper, dengan harapan bisa mendapatkan masukan dan sharing diskusi bagi
program efisiensi energi dengan dukungan penguasaan teknologi telekomunikasi dan
ditunjang oleh teknologi sistem otomasi.
Adapun
kegiatan seminar dan call paper ini bernama Seminar Nasional Energi, Telekomunikasi dan
Otomasi (SNETO) 2015, dengan Tema “Meningkatkan Efisiensi Energi
melalui Pemanfaatan Teknologi Telekomunikasi dan Sistem Otomasi”.

Seminar Nasional Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Terapan (SEMANTIK
2015) adalah seminar nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Dian
Nuswantoro dan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 November 2015 di Semarang.
SEMANTIK 2015 diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat kolaborasi dan menjadi suatu forum bagi para akademisi, profesional dan peneliti untuk berdiskusi dan saling berbagi ide dan pengalaman penelitian dalam pengembangan teknologi cerdas untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Seminar nasional ini menyajikan kesempatan bagi para pemakalah untuk bertukar ide dan pengalaman, untuk membangun relasi antara peneliti, partnership dan untuk kolaborasi riset yang akan datang. Makalah SEMANTIK 2015 akan direview setidaknya dua reviewer. Makalah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia. Call For Paper
Menjelang diberlakukannya Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean,
merupakan suatu peluang yang sangat baik bagi para ilmuwan dan juga praktisi
dalam dunia pendidikan, seni, budaya dan teknologi di Indonesia. Untuk itulah
topik utama pada Digital Informationa & System Conference ketujuh ini,
menekankan pada kemampuan dan juga sekaligus tantangan yang cepat atau lambat,
siap atau tidak siap, suka maupun tidak suka, tetap harus dihadapi.
Sebagai sebuah sarana diseminasi pengetahuan dan informasi
tentang berbagai pengembangan di bidang teknologi, seni budaya dan sistem
pembelajaran, DISC merupakan seminar tahunan yang merupakan suatu upaya untuk
memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia dan pengembangan yang bersinergi dengan
industri dan masyarakat. Untuk itu seminar nasional DISC yang telah menginjak
tahun ketujuh ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi fasilitas bagi para peneliti dan
pendidik untuk saling bertukar informasi, berdiskusi dan mendidik. Berbagai
pihak yang terlibat dalam upaya ini adalah mulai dari akademisi hingga
praktisi, dari developer hingga end-user, dan mulai dari hal yang bersifat
teori dan teknis hingga yang bersifat manajerial, sosial dan praktis.
Untuk maksud tersebut, maka Universitas Kristen Maranatha
mengundang para akademisi dan praktisi untuk menulis dan menyajikan penelitian
yang telah dilakukannya selama ini, dalam sebuah forum seminar nasional yang mengangkat
