You are cordially invite to submit your paper to the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2020) will be held in University of Macau (UM), Taipa, Macau, China, in August 21-24, 2020. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academia from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions.

Macau is on China's southern coast western side of the Pearl River and 60 km west of Hong Kong. .The jurisdiction is under of the Macau, like Hong Kong, is China Special Administration Region, an innovative implementation of the One Country, Two Systems policy. Macau is the world's 83rd-largest economy, with a nominal GDP of over US$53.billion, major from tourism and the gaming industry seven times larger than that of Las Vegas.

The SAM Workshop is an important IEEE Signal Processing Society event dedicated to sensor array and multichannel signal processing.
