2012 International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering (ICSEEE 2012)
The development of sustainable energy systems is among the most pivotal challenges of the 21st century. The 2012 International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering (ICSEEE 2012) will take place in Guangzhou, China, December 29-30, 2012. A key aspect of this conference is the strong mixture of academia and industry. This allows for the free exchange of ideas and challenges faced by these two key stakeholders and encourage future collaboration between members of these groups.
All papers submitted to this conference will be double-blind peer reviewed by at least two members of the International Program Committee and related technical committees.
Acceptance will be based primarily on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references. The conference chair will make the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of all papers.
The proceedings of SEEE 2012 will be published by TTP and will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP

Call for Papers Seminar Nasional UII 2012


Menuju Masyarakat Madani dan Lestari

Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (DPPM UII) mengundang dosen dan peneliti dari PTN dan PTS, Komunitas LSM, Instansi Pemerintahan, dan mahasiswa pascasarjana (S2 atau S3) se Indonesia untuk berpartisipasi sebagai peserta/pemakalah dalam Seminar Nasional “Menuju Masyarakat Madani dan Lestari”. Kegiatan ini merupakan program diseminasi hasil-hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat dan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengembangan dari program kerja DPPM UII yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun. Hal ini selain untuk memberikan dorongan kepada para dosen/peneliti untuk melakukan publikasi di forum ilmiah nasional dengan harapan agar manfaatnya dapat segera dirasakan masyarakat secara luas.
Adapun sub tema untuk Call for Paper yang akan dipresentasikan dalam Kelas Paralel dan akan dimasukkan dalam Prosiding Seminar Nasional “Menuju Masyarakat Madani dan Lestari” disesuaikan dengan 7 (tujuh) orientasi penelitian, yakni;
  1. Pengembangan Model Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Islami;
  2. Sistem Penyelenggaraan Negara Anti Korupsi dan Berbasis Keadilan;
  3. Pengembangan Wirausaha Industri Kreatif berbasis Syariah;
  4. Pengembangan Kawasan Permukiman yang Terintegrasi, Hijau dan Tanggap Bencana;
  5. Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi untuk Pendidikan dan Good-Governance;
  6. Pengembangan Teknologi Kesehatan untuk Pencegahan, Diagnostik dan Terapeutik;
  7. Pengembangan Minyak Atsiri dan Fitofarmaka untuk Peningkatan Kesehatan.

Proposals for invited sessions are submitted through the official conference email (secretariat@ica-itb.org), and must contain a Summary Statement describing the motivation and relevance of the proposed session, as well as short descriptions of the component papers. The invited sessions organizers are advised that the deadline for the proposals is set to February 21, 2013. Click here for the detail.

CALL FOR INVITED SESSION

 
Proposals are sought from those wishing to organize an invited session. An invited session consists of six papers, which should present a unifying theme from a diversity of viewpoints. Proposals for invited sessions are submitted through the official conference email (secretariat@ica-itb.org), and must contain a Summary Statement describing the motivation and relevance of the proposed session, as well as short descriptions of the component papers. The invited sessions organizers are advised that the deadline for the proposals is set to February 21, 2013.
The six invited session papers have to be submitted separately by the respective authors. Invited sessions papers must conform to the ICA 2013 submission policy; ABSTRACTS of invited papers will NOT be accepted. Please note that each paper in a proposed invited session will be individually reviewed, and that the proposed invited session itself will also be rated as a whole. Paralleling the rule for regular papers, for the purpose of review only, invited sessions papers may be up to eight (8) pages long. However, the normal length for the final manuscript is limited to six (6) pages. Invited sessions papers exceeding the normal length may be submitted upon payment of overlength page charges of USD 200.00 for each page in excess of six. A maximum of two extra pages above normal six are permitted.
To ensure the continuity of the program and that papers addressing similar issues are grouped together, at the discretion of the Program Committee, individual papers may be removed from a proposed session and replaced by appropriate contributed papers. Likewise, selected papers from rejected invited sessions may be placed into the regular program.
