For international authors who are IEEE members, the registration fee is USD 300 which includes half day city tour, two lunches, snacks, one banquet dinner, social events, entry to all technical sessions, project presentation and quizzes.
A large number of Partial Travel Grants are available ranging from 50 to 300 USD. They can be applied during paper submission and result will be given during notification of acceptance. Also there are best paper awards in different categories.

You are cordially invite to submit your paper to the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2020) will be held in University of Macau (UM), Taipa, Macau, China, in August 21-24, 2020. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academia from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions.
