The purpose of the Conference is to provide a common forum for researchers, scientists, and students from all over the world to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications in the broader areas of Computer and Communications.

Publication Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the technical committee members. The accepted and registered ones will be published in the ACCC conference proceedings, and reviewed for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus and sent to Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science) for evaluation and potential indexing as well.
