Welcome to ICIEE 2012 2012 2nd International Conference on Information and Electronics Engineering (ICIEE 2012) will be held in Singapore during October 5 - 7, 2012. ICIEE 2012 is sponsored by Science and Engineering Institute, NTU and NUS. The ICIEE conference is an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Information and Electronics Engineering. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to ICIEE 2012, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world. All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. The ICIEE 2012 papers will be published in the International Journal of Information and Electronics Engineering (IJIEE, ISSN: 2010-3719) as one volume, and will be Indexed by: Google Scholar, EBSCO, Engineering & Technology Library and Electronic Journals Library.
