The Association of Science, Education and Technology (TASET), Governors State University, Vienne Technical University and Sakarya University are pleased to invite you to the 8th "International Conference on New Horizons in Education" to be held at Seminaris Hotel on Freie University Campus in Berlin, Germany on July 17-19, 2017.

The main aim of this congress is to bring scholars, researchers, educators, students, professionals and other groups interested in education to present their works in educational studies. This conference is now a well-known educational event worldwide and the number of paper submissions and attendees are increasing each year. Prospective presenters are encouraged to submit proposals for oral, poster and video presentations that offer new research and theoretical contributions in the field of education.

All accepted papers will be published in the Proceeding Book. All English papers will be published in TOJET (www.tojet.net) as a Special Issue. TOJET is indexed on Scopus and ERIC. Modified version of selected papers will be published in peer reviewed journals such as TOJNED and TOJDEL.

The main theme for this year conference is “Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable World”.
Under this theme the conference focuses on the innovative research and contribution in science and technology toward achieving sustainable world. In line with this theme, it is our utmost pleasure to hold the QiR 2017 in conjunction with International Conference in Saving Energy in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (ICSERA) and 6th IEEE-International Conference on Advanced Logistics and Transport (ICALT).

The idea of International Conference on Innovations in Engineering & Technology (ICIET-2017)  scheduled on Jan. 16-17, 2017 at Pattaya (Thailand) is for the researchers, scientists, scholars, engineers and practitioners from all around the world to present and share ongoing research activities. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

ICIET-2017 is sponsored by Higher Education and Innovation Group (HEAIG).

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. One Best Presenation Award from each session will also be distributed at the time of the conference.

All accepted papers of ICIET-2017  will be published in the printed conference proceedings with valid International ISBN number. Each Paper will be assigned unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CROSSREF and the Proceedings of the Conference will be archived in HEAIG's Engineering & Technology Digital Library. The Proceeding will be also submitted to SCOPUS/ISI Thomson for review. In addition the proceedings will be indexed at all major search engines.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. The International Conference on Mathematics, Statistics and Their Applications (ICMSA) is a series of conferences initiated by the Indonesia-Malaysia- Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) formed in 1993 by the governments of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand to accelerate economic transformation in the region. Since its first event in 2005, ICMSA has been held for 11 times in various places in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. The Department of Mathematics of Syiah Kuala University invites you to join the 12th ICMSA conference that will be held in Banda Aceh, Indonesia on October 4-6, 2016. This conference will be held in conjunction with the 6th Annual International Conference (AIC) that is the regular international conference held by Syiah Kuala University every year.

All interested researchers are invited to contribute in the conference in the form of 10-15 minutes paper presentations. The topics should relate to the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, and their applications. The accepted and registered papers of ICMSA2016 will be published in the ICMSA2016 Proceedings that are indexed in IEEE XPlore and SCOPUS. GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The accepted and registered papers of ICMSA2016 will be published in the ICMSA2016 Proceedings that is indexed in IEEE XPlore and SCOPUS. Topics for submitted reports include research reports, development work, reviews of the literature, and research activities. The objectives are to publish and promote research contributions and innovative work in mathematics, statistics, and their applications.The following guidelines are intended to help you make the most of the space you have available in the ICMSA2016 Proceedings.

• We have designed a Microsoft Word template for ICMSA 2016 papers to help you fit your manuscript to the requirements described in this document. This template determines the basic structure for the paper and contains document settings such as fonts, page layout, special formatting, and styles. The template file is available from the ICMSA 2016 Website (icmsa.unsyiah.ac.id).
• The manuscript must be written in English and should not exceed 8 pages. You are required to submit your paper through the EDAS in Word (.doc) or Latex(.tex) format’
• You must also complete the Author Submission form through the EDAS.

Note: Only papers which meet the instructions to authors will be published in the proceedings. Those papers which also satisfy the refereeing process will be identified as such. Authors whose papers meet the requirements to be submitted in the journals will be notified and will have follow up process that depends on each journal.

Editorial Policy:
Papers must contain review articles and the results of original scientific research. Review for publication will be done by multiple independent reviewers specializing in the relevant field(s). Such reports and articles include those containing substantial supported theories, innovative work, substantial experimental results, and useful and constructive discussion, and review articles. An electronic journal is provided on the website (http://icmsa.unsyiah.ac.id). The Editors reserve the right to require revision of the submitted manuscript as a condition for final acceptance.

Submission of Manuscripts:
Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted as one original file in Microsoft Word or LaTex through the EDAS management system. Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted.

Manuscript Preparation Guide:
General: Manuscripts must be typewritten using Microsoft Word for Windows or LaTex, double-spaced for manuscript preparation and single-spaced for the accepted manuscript with margins:

Right margin 2.5 cm (1.0")
Top margin 5.0 cm (2.0")
Bottom margin 2.5 cm (1.0")

Paper size should be set to A4: 21.0 × 29.7 cm (8.27" × 11.69").The manuscript must be in single-column format. Times New Roman font type is required for reports using Microsoft Word for Windows. Font sizes for various text functions are as follows:

Abstract:                     No more than 250 words
Keywords:                  No more than 8 keywords
Text:                           The text must be ordered as follows:
All research reports (Full Length or Short Reports): Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction (in research papers this must be confined to relevant matters, and must not be a general review of literature), Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References.
Reviews and Discussion Papers will be considered in any format appropriate to the purposes of the authors, although adherence to the general guidelines described above is encouraged.

Line Art Figures	:	Figures may be drawn using Win Draw®, Auto CAD®, Corel Drawâ, VISIO® etc.
Photographs	:	256 gray-scale digitized photographs are recommended. Actual resolution photographs are acceptable. However, scanned photographs in a text stream are acceptable if the photograph resolution is sufficient. All photographs must be clear in monochrome printing.
Graphs	:	Two-dimensional bar charts are preferred. However, graphs with a curve-fitting function and other software are acceptable. All graphs must be clear in monochrome printing. Each table and figure must be on a separate page (or pages if required), and must not be embedded in the text.
Captions	:	Tables and Graphs: Minimum of 10 pt type size, upper and lower case, centered. Illustrations and Photographs: Halftones, minimum of 10 pt type size, bold, upper and lower case, centered.
Equations	:	Math CAD®, Math Writer® and Equation Editor® (included in Microsoft Word®) are acceptable.
Citations	:	Citations must be denoted by numbers between square brackets (i.e. [1], [2],…) in the order of first appearance in the text.
References	:	Reference numbers must correspond with text citations.  Reference formats for various media types must follow the IIEE’s citation reference that can be found in the conference website or at the following link http://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecitationref.pdf
Acknowledgements	:	These should be as brief as possible.

Setelah keberhasilan pelaksanaan Seminar Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora I FISIP Universitas Andalas pada 14-15 Oktober 2014, maka pada tahun ini akan diselenggarakan kembali Seminar Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora II yang rencananya diselenggarakan pada 28-29 September 2016 di Padang. Seminar ini bertujuan sebagai wadah komunikasi dan silaturahmi keilmuan bagi peneliti, praktisi dan peminat bidang ilmu sosial dan humaniora.  

Seminar ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi tempat dilahirkannya ide dan gagasan untuk mengembangkan ilmu sosial dan humaniora ke depan. Oleh karena itu, fakta ini menjadi alasan bagi FISIP Universitas Andalas untuk melaksanakan seminar nasional yang kali ini mengambil tema strategis, yaitu “Penguatan Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora Untuk Perbaikan Karakter Bangsa Indonesia". The conference has so far been an important event and has attracted many scientists, engineers and researchers from academia, government laboratories, and industry internationally.

We welcome papers describing original work in any of the areas listed below. Papers describing advanced prototypes, systems, tools and techniques as well as general survey papers indicating future directions are also encouraged. Paper acceptance will be based on quality, relevance to the conference themes and originality. The conference program will include both oral and poster presentations.

Special sessions, dedicated to case-studies and commercial presentations, as well as technical tutorials, dedicated to technical/scientific topics, are also envisaged. Dear Colleague,

We cordially invite you to submit a paper to the Information Technology track in the upcoming 2016 12th International Conference on Natural Computation (ICNC 2016) and the 2016 13th International Conference on Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (FSKD 2016), to be jointly held from 13-15 August 2016 in Changsha, China. Topics include (but are not limited to): Communications and Networking, Automation and Control, Software Engineering, Information Security, etc..

Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province, is a historic and cultural city in southern China and a busy port on the Xiangjiang River, with a population over 6 million. Founded over 3000 years ago, the city became the capital of the Zhou state (951-960 AD) and a leading commercial center during the Song dynasty (960-1279 AD). Changsha International Airport is easily accessible with direct flights to all major domestic and some international destinations. Other famous tourist destinations in Hunan include the Zhangjiajie National Park (natural heritage listed by the UN) and Fenghuang (Phoenix) Ancient City.

As with the past ICNC-FSKD conferences, all papers in conference proceedings will be submitted to both EI Compendex and ISTP (ISI Proceedings), as well as IEEE Xplore (all previous ICNC-FSKD conferences from 2005 to 2014 have been indexed in Ei Compendex). With the advancement in Innovation, Engineering, and Technology, these fields become more and more sophisticated and interdisciplinary-interacted. Hence, 2016 World Conference on Innovation, Engineering, and Technology covers a wide range of fields in innovation, engineering , and technology. The purpose of IET 2016 aims to build an international platform that allows interested experts to share and discuss their latest researches, ideas, technology, and survey reports in the theoretical and practical areas regarding all aspects of IET. Prospective authors are welcome to submit their full papers or abstracts. All submissions to the conference will go through blind review processes by at least two independent peers.
