Papers are invited on any aspect of the principles, theory and engineering methodologies for Micro and Nano Technologies, their mathematical and analytical modelling, computer simulation and their broad applications to develop intelligent systems by direct execution of AI algorithm in semiconductor/solid-state materials, to be presented at NMTMSim2016. Especially welcome are papers presenting original unpublished work validated by experimentation, simulation or analysis with application and practical focus from both industry and academy, duly documenting lessons learnt from test-beds, field trials or real deployments.

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the EDAS system. The conference will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Conference Publication Service, CPS, and will be submitted to Computer Society online Digital Library and I-Xplore for unparalleled worldwide presence. Selected papers will be submitted for publication in the International Journal of Simulation: Systems, Science & Technology, IJSSST (http://ijssst.info). Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper. All papers are to be submitted electronically,- see full instructions under Paper Submission above, in PDF or Word format. All papers will be peer reviewed by at least three independent referees of the international program committee.
Authors of the best papers will be invited to revise and extend their work for publication in a special issue of the International Journal of Simulation: Systems, Science and Technology.
